Earn up to $238k per year super, depending on roster choice and experience FIFO rosters operating day and night shifts, with multiple rosters to choose from: 8:6 / 7:7, 2:2, or 2:1 FIFO from Perth or Busselton with direct flights to and from site Compact crews of 12–15 members 12% super paid on all hours worked On-site accommodation and meals provided Fortnightly pays On-site gym $5,000 Refer a Mate program What your day looks like: Lead a team of 12 – 15 people on day and night shift Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco’s heavy earthmoving fleet Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others. Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget. Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives. What we’ll need from you: Must have full working rights within Australia A strong commitment to safety and leadership AMT exposure would be highly advantageous Extensive post-trade Heavy Diesel Mechanical experience with heavy earthmoving equipment, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi Prior leadership experience working on a mine site leading a team of 10 people High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles Strong analytical mindset and solution focused attitude Hold a current Australian Driver's License Recognised National Australian Trade Certificate as a Heavy Diesel Fitter Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications (desirable) Examples of equipment across our sites include: New Liebherr excavator R9400 New Hitachi haul truck EH3500-3AC Hitachi excavator EX1900-6 Caterpillar D10T Dozer Caterpillar 16H grader Caterpillar 773E water cart Caterpillar 777D water cart The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
