Description The role Coral Expeditions is seeking two Product Development Executives to take ownership of the development, refinement and ongoing management of our expedition cruise itineraries across Australia and beyond. These roles sit within the Commercial & Product Team and are responsible for end-to-end itinerary development, voyage planning and the creation of clear, accurate product documentation that supports our guests and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations. Working collaboratively across the business, you will own a portfolio of voyages, shaping expedition experiences that are operationally viable, compliant with marine and regulatory requirements, and reflective of Coral Expeditions’ brand and values. Skills And Experiences What we are looking for Key Responsibilities Take ownership of expedition itineraries from concept through to delivery Design and refine itineraries, including time–distance planning and voyage sequencing Ensure itineraries are operationally viable and compliant with marine and regulatory requirements Prepare, maintain and manage itinerary files and core product documentation Develop trip outlines and written product content for internal and external use Lead destination research using statistics, industry trends, market insights and guest feedback Critically analyse previous voyages to assess what works, what doesn’t, and where improvements can be made Contribute to guest-facing documentation, including travel advice and pre-departure information Support the preparation of website, brochure and sales materials Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to support effective product delivery Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle Ensure all product outputs align with Coral Expeditions’ brand, values and experience standards About You Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail A genuine interest in expedition travel and destination-based experiences Experience in tourism, travel planning, operations or product coordination (highly regarded) An understanding of the marine operational environment (highly regarded) Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret guest feedback and operational data Confident stakeholder and customer management skills Financial awareness, negotiation capability and the ability to work within budgets Excellent written communication and documentation skills Willingness to travel as required
