Industry experience is not required, we are looking for strong administration, customer service skills and confidence with systems. The Role: As a key support function within the business, you will be responsible for managing front-of-house and inbound communications, providing administrative and sales support, and ensuring enquiries are triaged efficiently to the appropriate team members. You will play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while delivering a professional first point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Manage shared inboxes, triaging emails and allocating enquiries to relevant team members Provide administration and sales support to the Sales and Customer Service teams Assist with data entry, order processing, documentation and system updates Support customer enquiries with accurate information and timely follow-up Coordinate internal communication to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery Maintain organised records across CRM and internal systems Provide reception and general office support as required About you: Proven experience in administration, sales support, reception or customer service roles Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Confident using technology and systems, including CRMs and Microsoft Office A team-oriented mindset with a professional and reliable work ethic Comfortable being the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders Why This Role?
