The Role Management of a residential property portfolio (150 - 180) Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Coordinating repairs and maintenance with approved contractors Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears Ensuring compliance with current residential tenancy legislation Handling property-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner About You Proven experience in residential property management (senior level preferred) Current Agent’s Representative Certificate Valid driver’s licence and reliable car Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills Ability to manage a portfolio independently and proactively Company Perks Leasing support provided 1 in 8 Saturday rotation Generous salary package commensurate with experience to $100k circa 1 day working from home per week after probation Supportive, close-knit team with a great culture Ongoing training and professional development How to Apply If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a progressive agency that supports your growth, we’d love to hear from you!
