We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next stage of growth for a highly regarded, founder-led engineering services business operating nationally and servicing large, blue-chip organisations. The business delivers a fully turnkey solution to its clients, encompassing design, build, service, and ongoing maintenance. This integrated, end-to-end model is highly differentiated in the market and underpins long-term client partnerships and repeat engagement. This is a hand-selected executive appointment for a proven leader ready to take the reins and guide the business through its next phase of structured national growth, strengthening leadership capability, commercial discipline, and overall organisational performance. The Mandate This role is suited to a CEO who has scaled businesses or platforms before and understands what breaks as growth accelerates. You will bring demonstrated experience in: Building systems that reduce founder dependency Leading and developing senior operators and management teams Scaling multi-site operations National growth (with exposure to broader expansion highly regarded) Financial modelling, forecasting, and KPI governance Industry background is not critical. Leadership, judgement, and execution capability are.
