Known for its strong relationships, quality processes and expertise across commercial property management, leasing and sales, the business continues to grow its portfolio and is now seeking an experienced Junior Commercial Property Manager to join the team. your role This is a hybrid Commercial Property Manager position, offering genuine portfolio ownership alongside broader team involvement. You will manage a personal portfolio of approximately 25 commercial properties end-to-end , while also providing support across the wider Property Management team as required. This is an excellent role for an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager seeking a step up whilst still benefiting from team support and mentorship. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end management of your own commercial property portfolio Lease administration, renewals, variations, and tenancy documentation Collect rent and proactively manage arrears Coordinate repairs, maintenance, compliance, and contractors Conduct regular property inspections Assist with budgets, financial reporting, and property performance monitoring Support sustainability, compliance, and insurance/risk management initiatives Liaise with landlords, tenants, and senior PMs to ensure smooth operations your advantage Proven experience in commercial property management (essential) - Assistant Commercial PM, Lease Administration, Junior PM, or similar.
