Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of a portfolio of residential strata schemes Preparation and conduct of AGMs and EGMs Building strong relationships with owners, committees and contractors Financial management including budgets, levies and expenditure approvals Coordinating maintenance, repairs and compliance matters Ensuring compliance with NSW strata legislation Managing correspondence, notices and records in line with legislative requirements Role 2: Strata Manager Location: Western Suburbs Salary: Up to $110,000 Super Benefits: Fuel allowance up to $10,000 p.a. You will play a key role in supporting the strata management team by ensuring accurate financial administration, compliance and timely reporting across a portfolio of schemes.
