You’ll be the go-to for motorcycle parts advice and supply — supporting customers, technicians and the wider service team with accurate interpreting, sourcing and quoting. You’ll also stay on top of stock control, liaise with suppliers/dealers, and help ensure service modifications and new part lines roll out smoothly. You’ll bring at least 2 years’ experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally in a quality, high-expectation environment (motorcycle experience is a strong advantage). You’ll have relevant parts qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to solve problems quickly and professionally. You’ll also need unrestricted Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence (forklift licence is a bonus). Personal fit matters: team-first attitude, disciplined, self-motivated, well presented, and able to turn customer issues into positive outcomes. You’ll join a genuinely caring business with a tight-knit crew that backs each other and appreciates effort.
