Full-time Position $100k to $110k Super Snap Talent International is recruiting for our client Junior Accountant / Accountant Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and payable , including invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies Proactively follow up outstanding payments while maintaining positive client and vendor relationships Assist with payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee payments Maintain the general ledger , record daily financial transactions, and perform bank reconciliations Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budget preparation , expense tracking, and monitoring performance against forecasts Monitor and report on cash flow to support business liquidity Prepare and lodge tax and statutory compliance documents , including BAS Use accounting software to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies Perform basic financial analysis and provide insights to management Identify opportunities for process improvements within finance operations Provide ongoing support to the Financial Controller and finance team Skills & Qualifications Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2 - 3 years' experience in an Australian SME or corporate accounting role Working knowledge of Australian tax requirements , including GST and BAS Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or SAP Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Professional, proactive, and eager to learn CPA or CA studies commenced or intended (desirable but not essential)
