This is a senior operational leadership position responsible for overseeing service delivery, people leadership, and operational performance across multiple locations. Reporting directly to an executive-level leader, the Operations Manager will play a key role in translating strategic direction into effective operational outcomes. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational efficiency with quality outcomes, support and develop leaders, and ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory and organisational expectations. This is a full-time role, primarily office-based, with regular engagement across operational sites. Key responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to operational teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Oversee compliance, quality, risk, and incident management frameworks across services Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and workforce planning to meet service requirements Coach, mentor, and develop frontline leaders to build capability, accountability, and succession Ensure effective rostering, coverage, and authorisation processes aligned to operational and budget parameters Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Oversee WHS, asset, and property compliance across multiple service locations Identify and contribute to operational improvements, change initiatives, and process enhancements About you You are an experienced Operations Manager or senior operational leader with a background in complex, regulated environments. You bring a calm, pragmatic leadership style, strong decision-making capability, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism. You are comfortable operating in a confidential recruitment process and working closely with senior leaders to drive operational performance. Experience in human services, disability, or similar regulated sectors will be highly regarded.
