About the Opportunity As a Trainee Automotive Service Advisor, you will be based within a Dealership Service Department. A structured development and training program will be delivered alongside Service101. You will learn the foundations of automotive customer service, service operations and workshop coordination to ensure your success. No prior Service Advisor or Automotive industry experience is required. This role is about attitude, coachability, and a genuine commitment to learning and growing. What is an Automotive Service Advisor? Greeting customers and assisting with service bookings Learning how to explain service and repair requirements clearly and professionally Acting as the key communication link between customers and technicians Providing updates on vehicle progress and timelines Assisting with job cards, invoicing, and service administration Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service About You A genuine interest in starting a career in the automotive industry Good communication and customer service skills Professional presentation and a positive, coachable attitude Willingness to learn and commit to structured training Comfortable using basic computer systems such as Microsoft products Applicants must hold current Australian Permanent Residency or Australia/New Zealand citizenship .
