We are seeking an experienced Principal Change Lead to support a large-scale, complex transformation initiative. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a proven change professional who can operate at both strategic and delivery levels, working closely with executive stakeholders, project teams, and SMEs to drive sustainable adoption. As the Principal Change Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end change and adoption strategies aligned to organisational objectives and project outcomes. You will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, communications, and capability uplift, while ensuring change activities are tightly integrated into delivery schedules. Key responsibilities Lead and deliver comprehensive change and adoption strategies for complex, enterprise-scale initiatives Drive senior stakeholder engagement, alignment, and sponsorship across diverse groups Conduct detailed change impact and readiness assessments and manage resistance and adoption risks Develop and execute integrated communication, engagement, and training plans Partner with project teams and SMEs to ensure effective delivery of change outcomes Track and report on change effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to project leadership Champion and continuously improve organisational change frameworks, tools, and practices Coach leaders and practitioners to build change capability and resilience across the organisation About you You are a senior change professional with a strong track record delivering complex transformation programs, particularly within technology-enabled environments.
