About the Company This business delivers mechanical and building services projects across infrastructure and complex construction environments. With a growing project workload, they are looking to strengthen their site team with an emerging Site Manager. About the Role / Responsibilities As Site Manager, you will support the delivery of mechanical packages under the guidance of the Senior Site Manager. Key responsibilities include: Supporting delivery of mechanical works onsite Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities Assisting with safety, quality, and program requirements Working closely with senior site leadership Skills and Experience Mechanical or plumbing background preferred Alternatively: refrigeration technician, electrician, or duct installation background Experience supporting delivery of mechanical packages Exposure to large-scale projects desirable Tech savvy with the ability to use the basic Microsoft suite Culture You’ll be part of a supportive site team that encourages development, accountability, and hands-on learning within complex project environments.
