This is a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor based in Townsville or nearby regions to join a well established construction business with a strong and consistent pipeline of work in the area. You will be working from home and on site, managing your own jobs from commercial jobs to general works with autonomy and trust. Management are always available when needed, but you are not micromanaged. Once your jobs are underway, you are trusted to run them properly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Deliver building works in line with the scope of works and allocated budgets Manage multiple small to medium domestic and commercial projects Engage and manage trades and suppliers Prepare and manage project schedules Compile and track accurate budget breakdowns Assist with site inspections alongside the estimating team when required About You: Strong site supervision experience across domestic and or commercial projects Confident managing trades, budgets, and timelines Insurance repair experience is highly regarded Able to work autonomously and manage your own workload Based in Townsville or surrounding areas QBCC License highly regarded What's on offer: 110k - 120k Super Car WFH flexibility Industry leading software Experienced management for all support needed Training provided If you’re a hands on supervisor who enjoys autonomy, strong team support, and being rewarded for performance, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values its people.
