An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager to lead a large, established residential aged care home in North Queensland. Overview Supported by a very experienced clinical team $150-$160k super NFP Organisation = Salary Packaging Benefits Relocation Support and Accommodation on offer Opportunity to manage a large, well-resourced home Strong head office and executive support Non-RN's also considered if you have solid Aged Care managerial experience The Role Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the facility, ensuring exceptional care delivery, compliance, financial sustainability and staff engagement.
