The company are experts in food processing equipment, industrial food cutting equipment, as well as many more commercial food processing machines. They offer an extensive range of machines, you can develop strong technical skills in industrial production equipment (specifically pneumatics, hydraulics, servo motors, single and 3-phase motors, VSD and motor controls, rotating equipment, and associated mechanical components such as bearings, drive assemblies & more). Offered assistance in implementing and developing training programs. Salaries depending on experience and qualifications start from $50 per hour up to $60 per hour ($120,000 Super Over Time), regular over time and use of company vehicles. Description of the job: This multi-faceted role will require an Electrical qualification ( TAFE – electrician - preferred , electronics, electro-mechanical, or degree). Front-line contact for all technical machine inquiries and liaise with key stakeholders. Local NSW, with some interstate travel, providing preventative maintenance breakdown, machine installation, fault find, and troubleshooting. Servicing, installation, and preventive maintenance of industrial food processing equipment. Completing projects within established timelines. Fault diagnostic on machinery and repairs. Provide technical skills in PLC fault find and repair, servo motors, single and 3-phase motors, VSD motor controls, and more. Reconditioning and overhauling of machinery. Customer and client engagement. Developing a productive and professional working relationship of ongoing maintenance programs. Understanding of each machine's operation, and ongoing training on new and upgraded machinery. Implement preventative maintenance procedures. Importing and modifying machinery to Australian Standards. Keeping company records and technical information up-to-date.
