We have multiple temporary opportunities for Donor Administrators or Supporter Care candidates (ideally with Salesforce , Raisers Edge or Microsoft Dynamics experience) in various locations including North Sydney, CBD and the Inner West. Key responsibilities and duties include: Front line customer service to Charity supporters (both inbound and outbound calls), with the aim to nurture donors and ensure they are aware of the impact of their donation for their preferred cause. Processing of internet, mail and telephone donations, batching, banking donations and receipting Updating supporter records in the database inc. updating change of address, return to senders, communication preferences, payment details Ensuring data integrity throughout all processes Researching to effectively respond to a wide range of issues and to support the campaigns team To be considered for this role, it is important that you have: Phone based customer service experience A friendly and calm phone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail A passion for the 'For-purpose' sector Desirable: Previous donor administration or supporter care experience with Raisers Edge, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work for a much-loved charity with a friendly, flexible working culture.
