Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Diploma and Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our vibrant Tallawong service. In this dual role, you will guide educational practice, deliver high-quality programs, and support children’s individual learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences that foster growth and curiosity. Responsibilities Support educators in delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences. Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families. Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment. Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities. Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.
