We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Quality and Completions Lead to oversee our projects within our South Australian Utilities business. In this role you'll be responsible for: Ensure effective implementation of the Project Quality Plan and quality system processes such as records management, document control and control of data Monitor, inspect and audit quality systems to ensure compliance with IMS and specifications including subcontractors and suppliers Participation in the development and review of project documentation Accurately compile lot records, review for conformance and achieve lot close out with client representative Contribute to ISO accreditation integration and broader Fulton Hogan continuous improvement initiatives Maintain Quality Records, Product Specifications and other Quality Data to maintain Quality Assurance reporting structures. Lead internal audits, supplier audits, and readiness reviews for project milestones. To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum 2 years working in a quality management or similar role. (Engineering or construction environment desirable) Relevant qualifications in a Quality Assurance, Lead Auditor, Quality Auditing, or Other and Construction Management or Engineering qualifications (desirable) Experience working with digital Quality Management Systems with excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums. (Preferably ISO-aligned) Proven capability in conducting internal audits and managing non-conformances and strong understanding of compliance and continuous improvement Experience with IMS (Aconex Field Module, SharePoint and Salesforce or similar (Desirable) Valid construction white card and driver’s license and willingness to work across multiple projects Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
