This role sits at the heart of a collaborative imitative with Thread Together Australia, transforming rescued clothing into meaningful community impact. You will coordinate volunteers, support customers in a welcoming environments and ensure clothing is distributed safely, respectfully and efficiently in our mobile clothing van visits. This is a hands on people focused role where your coordination skills and passion for community engagement will directly support individuals and families to access clothing with dignity and choice. This position is based at our warehouse in Thebarton with casual working hours. You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by: ● Coordinating and supporting the day to day activates of a large volunteer team ● Managing the distribution of clothing to customers and external agencies through the mobile clothing vans ● Providing high quality, compassionate support to customers accessing the service ● If a driver is not available, you will be required to take the mobile van out What you’ll bring To thrive in this role, you will have: ● Experience in managing or coordinating teams or volunteers ● Well developed customer service and interpersonal skills ● Strong ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances Why AnglicareSA?
