We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher – Music and Art with appropriate tertiary qualifications and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Queensland College of Teachers. This full-time, permanent position will commence on 19 January 2026 or as soon as practicable . You will join a supportive team of committed teachers who work collaboratively in partnership with the parent community to create the best possible learning experience for every student. Your strong understanding of contemporary teaching practices, combined with your ability to adapt curriculum delivery to meet the needs of diverse learners, will ensure all students feel included, valued, and confident in both Music and Art learning environments. In your classrooms, you will inspire creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning through the design and delivery of engaging Music and Art lessons. You will establish clear expectations, foster student creativity and self-expression, and continually reflect on and refine your practice to enhance student engagement and achievement. Using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies, you will monitor student progress, celebrate individual growth, and provide meaningful feedback to support student learning.
