About the role ARRCS are currently sourcing qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to support the team and residents within our Pulkapulkka Kari Flexible Aged Care facility, located in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory . These roles are being offered on a permanent, full-time basis and will require you to relocate to Tennant Creek. Relocation and furnished, shared housing is included in your remuneration package. This role will see you providing clinical care to our residents whilst also providing team leadership, supervision and support for less experienced workers to achieve people focused quality care in-line with our ARRCS mission. Remuneration and benefits of working with ARRCS: ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in Tennant Creek, below is what our package includes: Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 - (AM rate) $47.34 / hour - $49.49 / hour ($93,543 - $96,468 PA) gross base. Exclusive $30,000 PA bonus structure for your first 2 years of employment (conditions apply). $7,500 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax upon your commencement. $7,500 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax upon successful completion of probation. $15,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax payable after completion of a further 6 consecutive months service thereafter with bonus payments ceasing upon the completion of two (2) years of continuous service. Skills and experience To be considered for this role, we are asking all applicants to provide evidence of the following skills and experience: Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification. Working Rights for Australia – This package is not offered on a sponsorship basis. A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse (in addition to graduate placements) within an Australian health service – With preference within a geriatric or aged care environment however, not essential. Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices. Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team. Preferably prior experience working with Indigenous Australian’s and or working in remote areas of Australia. Demonstrates effective and clear written and verbal communication skills, including intermediate computer skills. Ability to meet and obtain mandatory compliance requirements. Demonstrates and has references that indicate you are a proactive and supportive colleague, you have strong work ethic and, understands that the ultimate requirement is to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our elderly residents.
