About the role Digital Sales Lead The Digital Sales lead role is pivotal in aligning business strategy with technology delivery to accelerate AGL’s digital transformation. The core of this role is to drive forward-thinking solutions, optimising digital platforms, and delivering measurable outcomes that enhance customer engagement and business performance. The Digital Sales Lead, a strong strategic thinker will cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and leverage agile practices to deliver a high-impact digital roadmap. Key Responsibilities Shape and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns customer needs with business growth objectives. Build strategic partnerships across internal teams and external vendors to unlock new digital capabilities and accelerate transformation. Lead competitor analysis and leverage customer data to deliver actionable insights and enhance digital product performance. Champion agile practices by guiding scrum teams, prioritising backlogs, and ensuring readiness for development and delivery. Collaborate with user experience and customer journey teams to design, prototype, and test new product features and initiatives. Establish success metrics for new features, provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, and actively contribute to the Product Owner community through mentoring and knowledge sharing. About you Demonstrated expertise in digital product ownership within transformation or growth-focused environments. Strategic thinker skilled at navigating complexity, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and influencing outcomes through collaboration and insight. Extensive experience in agile digital environments, with strong knowledge of human-centered design techniques. Proven commercial acumen to maximise ROI, prioritise high-value initiatives, and align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. Advanced capability in leveraging analytics for data-driven decision-making, with leadership experience in cross-functional teams; knowledge of the utilities industry is advantageous but not essential.
