Job Description: As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting both the sales and business development teams through a mix of general administrative tasks, data entry, and effective communication. You’ll help deliver a seamless client experience by assisting in onboarding coordination with our team in Canada, maintaining clear email communication with customers, and supporting smooth collaboration across departments. In this varied role, you’ll prepare sales materials and presentations, monitor customer inboxes to ensure timely, professional responses, maintain accurate, up-to-date client information, and assist with reporting. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset will help drive efficiency, streamline internal processes, and support exceptional client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date communications through data entry. Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring all client enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally. Assist in client onboarding processes, coordinating with internal teams and providing relevant documentation. Assist with reporting and performance tracking. Coordinate with internal departments to support collaboration, timely follow-up, and smooth internal workflows. Provide general administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and general coordination tasks. Qualifications and Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administration, sales support, or a similar coordination role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong customer service mindset with clear and professional communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
