The Role As our Regional Manager for Brisbane, you will lead 10 stores with a hands-on, instore presence that champions operational excellence, visual consistency and a premium customer experience. You will set the standard for execution ensuring every store reflects our brand philosophy, delivers an elevated Active Living experience, and maintains exceptional visual merchandising and operational precision. From coaching teams on delivering inspiring customer moments, to ensuring stock, VM, brand presentation and daily operations are consistently flawless, you will be the driving force behind creating stores our customers love returning to. You’ll bring strong commercial focus, a passion for high standards, and the ability to motivate your teams to execute with energy, purpose and pride. Your key responsibilities include: Leading your region to achieve and exceed sales, KPIs and target Using data insights to identify opportunities, build action plans and drive profitable outcomes Leading with a customer first mindset to ensure a consistent, elevated experience across all stores Coaching and mentoring Store Managers to grow capability, confidence and leadership strength Developing succession pipelines and attracting talent aligned to our brand values and purpose Who You Are You’re energised by retail, inspired by people, and motivated by results.
