An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager (or a strong Assistant PM ready to step up) to join a growing and well-established real estate business in Airlie Beach. Following a major rent roll acquisition, our client has expanded significantly and we are now seeking an additional full-time Property Manager to strengthen the team and provide stability across the portfolio. The Portfolio: Approximately 190 residential properties to be managed day to day with full support Supported by a Full-time Virtual Assistant Inspections Manager handling the majority of routine inspections Two trainee Property Managers assisting with day-to-day tasks PropertyMe software You will not be doing everything alone - this role is supported and structured to allow you to focus on core property management responsibilities.
