Organisation: As we start 2026 Brightside Recruitment is already partnering with a range of Not-For-Profit organisation whose main aims are to empower, connect and support those in need within the community through providing social work services to children, youth and families, people living with a disability, and the elderly population. Role: Based across Sydney, our roles support clients through comprehensive assessments and case management services, you'll support and assist disadvantaged young people to reach their potential and develop the confidence to manage life's challenges. Some of the roles work with young people with a range of complex needs and their families, you'll help them discover and reach their goals. Drawing on your social work skills and experience, you'll work closely with large and small teams built to empower the young people on your caseload and their families. Selection Criteria: Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, with eligibility for AASW membership. Demonstrated case management experience working with children and/or young people. Experience and skills to conduct client assessments, and develop care plans that support clients’ needs, especially within the child and family sector. A strong understanding of the issues facing young people and resources available to young people and families.
