The Opportunity ATLAS Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation operating in the Data Centre and Critical Infrastructure sector to appoint a Contracts Administrator. This role supports the delivery of complex development and operational projects, providing contract administration and commercial support across procurement, cost control, and subcontractor management. You will work closely with Development and Operations teams, contributing to the successful delivery of high-value, mission-critical infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage contractual administration of procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Support Development and Operations teams across operational and development project activities Aggregate, analyse and summarise cross-project data, including cost and programme information Procure subcontractors and support negotiation of commercial terms in line with approved protocols Collate, analyse and reconcile subcontractor pricing and variations Ensure contractual obligations are met, including milestone tracking, payment processing and stakeholder engagement Liaise with Managers and key stakeholders on day-to-day commercial matters via phone, email and meetings Maintain accurate cost tracking, financial reporting and contract documentation within approved systems Assist with contract management tasks including variations, progress claims and final accounts Review, respond to and manage contractual correspondence Maintain filing systems, registers, templates and contract documentation Embrace company values and contribute positively to team culture Other duties as directed from time to time About You Experience in contract administration, commercial coordination or a similar role Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident working with diverse internal and external stakeholders Advanced Excel skills (desirable) Proven experience preparing contract agreements (desirable) Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve commercial matters Collaborative, diligent and delivery-focused approach Mandatory Requirements Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance Compliance with company policies, procedures and governance requirements What's on Offer Opportunity to work on major Data Centre and Critical Infrastructure projects Secure, permanent role within a growing and technically focused organisation Exposure to complex, high-value commercial environments Supportive team culture with strong systems and processes Competitive salary package aligned to experience Apply Now If this sounds like a role you’d be interested in discussing further, please contact Michael at michael@atlasrecruitment.com.au for a confidential discussion, or click Apply.
