We're Hiring: Client-Side Project Manager & Senior Project Manager As a well-established boutique project management consultancy, our client is expanding their high-performing team. With exciting new projects underway and a key senior team member recently moving on, we’re looking for both a Client-Side Project Manager and a Senior Client-Side Project Manager to join them immediately. About the role You’ll be the dependable, organised, and responsive backbone of their projects, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and align with our clients contracted scope and processes. Under the guidance of our senior leadership team, you'll manage multiple assignments, be the go-to contact for clients, and play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes. About You We’re looking for professionals who are: Must have experience working in client-side consultancies, but most importantly, you understand the hands-on, agile nature of a smaller firm. Experienced in delivering projects in sectors such as Health, Education, Aviation, Residential or Data Centres . Ideally have experience delivering government infrastructure projects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, boutique environment. Strong communicators who thrive in client-facing roles. Ready to step into a growing pipeline of projects and contribute from day one. Roles Available Client-Side Project Manager Salary: $120K-$140K Super 3-5 years’ relevant experience Able to independently manage smaller projects or assist on large-scale ones Senior Client-Side Project Manager Salary: $150K-$180K Super 6-8 years’ experience Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and mentor junior team members Ready to make an impact and grow with a business that values your contribution?
