Occupational Therapist | Aged Care & Community (In-Home Care Packages) Full-Time or Part-Time | Community-Based Role | All Kilometres Covered We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing Allied Health team , delivering services across aged care and in-home care packages in the community. This is a mobile role supporting clients in their own homes, focused on maintaining independence, safety, and quality of life. You’ll be fully supported with all kilometres reimbursed , plus a work mobile phone and laptop provided . Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to aged care and in-home care package clients Complete functional assessments, home safety assessments, and equipment prescriptions Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans Support clients to remain safe and independent at home Complete clinical documentation, reports, and recommendations Liaise with families, care coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members Manage a community-based caseload efficiently Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration Experience or interest in aged care, community health, or home care packages Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills Excellent communication and time management skills Current Australian driver’s licence Ability to work independently in a mobile role What’s On Offer: Join a growing and well-supported Allied Health team All work-related kilometres covered Work mobile phone and laptop provided Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time) Professional development and career progression opportunities Varied community caseload with autonomy and support Why Apply?
