Physiotherapist | Aged Care & In-Home Care Packages Full-Time or Part-Time | Community-Based | All Kilometres Covered We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing Allied Health team , delivering high-quality services across aged care and in-home care packages . This is a mobile, community-focused role where you’ll help clients maintain independence, mobility, and quality of life in their own homes. You’ll be supported with all kilometres reimbursed , plus a work mobile phone and laptop provided , giving you the tools to focus on care without admin stress. Key Responsibilities: Provide physiotherapy services to aged care and home care package clients Conduct functional assessments, mobility programs, and exercise plans Develop, implement, and review client-centred care plans Support clients to remain safe, active, and independent at home Complete clinical documentation and reports to a high standard Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary team members Manage a community-based caseload efficiently and autonomously Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA registration Experience or interest in aged care and community physiotherapy Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and time management skills Current Australian driver’s licence Ability to work independently in a mobile role What’s On Offer: Join a growing and supportive Allied Health team All kilometres reimbursed for work-related travel Work mobile phone and laptop provided Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time) Varied community caseload with autonomy and strong team support Opportunities for professional development and career growth Why Apply?
