Our client is seeking a part time 2-3 days per week Payroll Officer managing end to end payroll for weekly payroll for approximately 270 employees across multiple awards. The role is on-site and will initially be based in Kilsyth, with an expected transition to Notting Hill. Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Key Responsibilities -End-to-end weekly payroll processing for ~270 employees -Payroll tax, superannuation and workers’ compensation -Managing pay adjustments and payroll reporting -Onboarding new employees and setting them up in the payroll system -Responding to payroll queries -Operating as the sole payroll specialist for the business About You - MicrOpay experience is preferred - Exposure to BioTime or similar time & attendance systems is an advantage - Confident working autonomously as a sole operator - Trustworthy, detail-oriented and reliable - Happy to be on-site based in Kilsyth, likely move to Notting Hill What’s on Offer $50–$60 super, depending on experience Part-time hours (2-3 days per week) 3–6 month contract with potential for permanency This is a standalone payroll role, ideal for someone confident working independently and managing end-to-end payroll with minimal handover or supervision.
