As our National Service Centre in Clayton South continues to grow, we’re looking for a Finance & Systems Coordinator who thrives on implementing structure, task variety, and making sure it all gets done properly. This isn’t a traditional finance role, and it’s not just admin either. You’ll sit at the intersection of people, systems, compliance and finance , making sure onboarding runs smoothly, safety systems are maintained, and core finance processes keep ticking over. What You’ll Be Doing • Own onboarding and offboarding for National Service Centre and mid-management staff • Maintain and police our DoneSafe WHS system across MM Security sites • Monitor safety compliance and flag non-conformance • Maintain policy documents, MSOPs, process checklists and work practices • Allocate customer payments and process recurring service invoices • Support AP processing and customer invoicing • Liaise with IT on mobile phones, hardware pricing and service transitions • Maintain key certifications and licences (including Supply Nation and NSW Security Master Licence) • Act as a systems custodian and compliance backstop across the business What We’re Like We’re collaborative, commercially minded and customer focused. About You You don’t need years of experience, but you do need the right mindset.
