DREAM NANNIES NANNY AND AU PAIR AGENCY PART TIME NANNY- BUDERIM, SUNSHINE COAST January We are currently looking for a warm, nurturing, experienced Nanny for a lovely family in Buderim! Mum and Dad have 2 children (boy 9 months and girl 2yrs). The little girl will be off at daycare so you will be caring for a beautiful 9 month old baby in this sole charge role. It is important that you are confident with babies and have previous experience working with young children. This is a long term role so we are looking for a Nanny who can truly commit to this family as they have no plans for the child to attend daycare. The little boy is an easy going baby who loves a cuddle and crawling around exploring! You are welcome and encouraged to go for daily outings and get out and about. Occasional daycare drop off/ pick up for the little girl may be required at times. This is a family orientated household who value their time together. They love spending time outdoors—whether that’s beach, park play, or relaxed afternoons together at home in the pool or in the yard. Our dream nanny is warm, calm, and genuinely loves spending time with children. She is someone who is naturally nurturing and patient, and who brings a sense of ease and positivity into the home. She is reliable, organised, and confident caring for young children, with the ability to balance structure and routine while also allowing room for fun, creativity, and flexibility. She enjoys getting outside with the kids—whether it’s park visits, walks, or playtime in the fresh air—and encourages curiosity, learning, and independence through age-appropriate play. Our ideal nanny communicates openly and respectfully, works well as part of a family team, and takes pride in creating a safe, loving environment where children feel supported and happy.
