About the role We are seeking a skilled and reliable panel beater to join the team, working with modern equipment and processes this is a great opportunity to join a close knit team in a key role with a business that recognises and values quality workmanship. Duties Carry out high-quality smash repairs on light to medium damaged vehicles Complete panel repairs including quarter panels and general body repairs (no rollovers or heavy structural work) Read and interpret job sheets accurately and complete repairs independently Move seamlessly from one job to the next without the need for close supervision Maintain a strong focus on quality, finish, and attention to detail Follow workshop systems and processes using iBodyshop and the digital job board Skills and experience Trade qualified and experienced panel beater with proven smash repair experience Strong all-round panel repair skills with the ability to work autonomously Open to a range of backgrounds, from independent panel shops to large corporate body repairers Ability to manage time effectively and maintain consistent workflow High level of pride in workmanship and commitment to quality over volume Comfortable using computer-based job management systems Reliable, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills Benefits $50/hr for experienced tradesmen. Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday finish at 12pm. Opportunity for 4–5 hours of overtime per week. Friendly, collaborative team with training provided and no rigid hierarchy.
