Come grow with us in an atmosphere that’s as dynamic as you are, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our 6 bars and function room. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar position, flexible availability, and all necessary certificates for hospitality service in Queensland. This role is paid at Level 5 Registered Club Award. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and manage bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service. · Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. · Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory management. · Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. · Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. · Train and mentor staff members. · Assist in the development and implementation of bar promotions and events. Requirements: · Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar supervisory role. · Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. · All relevant certificates for hospitality service in Queensland. · Strong leadership and communication skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent customer service skills. · Knowledge of bar operations and inventory management.
