We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Development Project Manager to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. You will be an “A-player” responsible for assisting in the management of developments from concept through to onsite delivery. Key responsibilities Take ownership of distinct elements of the design, planning, and delivery process Assist in preparing design briefs to achieve the established vision for each project Support project tendering, including preparation, review, and negotiation with contractors and consultants Assist in managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholder engagement Support negotiations with relevant authorities and external stakeholders Manage register of completed contracts and post-sale contractual obligations with purchasers Respond to client, sales agent, and building consultant queries efficiently, providing updates until resolved Support and maintain strong customer service from conversion of sale to settlement About You Along with being reliable, loyal, and trustworthy, the successful candidate will demonstrate: A strong understanding and belief in our core values, using them as a blueprint for behaviour Commitment to applying our lean culture in day-to-day performance Experience in managing medium to large scale projects A positive, “can-do” attitude Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage projects and delegate effectively Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities The ability to remain calm, engage proactively, and solutions-focused under pressure Exceptional written and verbal communication skills If this is you, and you want to reach your potential while working with the best, this role offers an exciting career opportunity where your hard work and dedication will be genuinely acknowledged and rewarded.
