Projects can focus across Data Architecture, Microsoft Fabric Enablement, Data Governance, Data Science/Analytics, Data Migration and Data Integration. Mandate Support and lead our customer’s data teams in delivering projects and tasks assigned to you. Success will come from your ability to architect end-to-end Microsoft Fabric solutions, clarify/confirm requirements, meet stakeholder expectations, and provide technical leadership. Requirements Design, architect and implement enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Lead and mentor data engineers and consultants in best practice architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy, roadmaps and designs. Ensure data models and pipelines meet governance, security, and performance standards. Integrate Microsoft Fabric with Power BI, Azure Synapse, Data Lake and related services. Technology/Tooling Microsoft Fabric Azure Synapse / Data Lake / Data Factory Power BI and governance frameworks SQL, Python, Databricks (desirable) API and Integration tools About YOU Ideally, you'll have 8–12 years’ commercial experience across data architecture and engineering, with at least 2–3 years of leading teams or projects. You’ll be passionate about Microsoft’s modern data stack and eager to drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric for large enterprise clients. Attitude, communication and leadership are key!
