Why you will love this opportunity as an Program Delivery Manager at Civica We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of software implementation programs within the Community Housing sector. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will have overall accountability for program success, leading a team of consultants and project managers while building strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end oversight of all projects within the program, ensuring alignment with business objectives Define, implement and maintain program governance, delivery processes and reporting standards Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality outcomes Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across the program, implementing effective mitigation strategies Lead, mentor and develop a team of consultants and project managers Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement Act as the primary point of contact for customers across the program Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle Manage escalations and drive timely, effective resolution Provide regular program performance updates to senior leadership Track KPIs and maintain transparency across all stakeholders Oversee program budgets and contribute to monthly financial targets Requirements What you will need to be successful in this role Extensive experience in program management within software or technology consulting, including multi-year, multi-organisation delivery Proven delivery leadership within complex software or technology environments Demonstrated success managing programs with complex dependencies and robust governance requirements Strong leadership capability, with experience leading and developing high-performing delivery teams Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and report effectively at executive level Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Expertise across delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and PMO frameworks such as PRINCE2 and PMBOK Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, contract management and vendor/partner management We really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
