We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive the success of our new product category, Nuance Audio - a cutting-edge innovation at the intersection of vision and hearing. Working within the Professional Solutions Sales Team based in Sydney, you will play a key role in positioning Nuance Audio as a category-leading solution and driving sales growth across your assigned territory within the Optical and Audiology channels. Your Responsibilities Sales & Market Expansion: Seek and See opportunities: Develop and execute plans to expand market presence within your assigned territory in line with company ambition. Build partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with optical retailers, and audiologists to drive sales growth. Prospect and acquire new customers: Drive business development by identifying and converting new opportunities in both the Optical & Audiology channels to grow the category . Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets: Develop and execute sales plans to deliver on key sales KPIs, including revenue growth, door openings and customer acquisition metrics. Maintain accurate reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets. Leverage market insights: Gather and document customer feedback to share with marketing and product teams for continuous improvement. Product Expertise and Training: Present and demonstrate the unique features of Nuance Audio: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, training, to Optometrists, Audiologists and Healthcare partners to enhance product adoption. Stay informed about updates to the product and competitive offerings to maintain a strong value proposition. Customer Engagement and Merchandising: Act as a trusted advisor to customers: Understand the needs of both the optical and audiological patient to recommend tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers: Ensure Nuance Audio is delivering on expectations for both the customer and patients while identifying upsell opportunities. Present Nuance Audio correctly in stores: Ensure in-store marketing and merchandising aligns with brand guidelines, creating standout visibility and patient impact. Key Deliverables: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales and door opening targets within both the Optical & Audiology channels. Develop and execute sales plans, including account prioritisation and growth strategies. Conduct a set number of product demonstrations and training sessions for customers per month. Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion. Deliver regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches. About you Proven success in sales, business development, or key account management within optical or Audiology Channel. Persuasive selling techniques and consultative sales approach. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Technical aptitude to understand and explain AI-powered audio and eyewear integration. Time management and organizational skills to manage a diverse customer base effectively. Proactive, energetic, and confident in pursuing new opportunities to grow the business. Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel. Qualifications: Experience in sales, preferably in audiology, optical, or technology industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling innovative or technical products is highly desirable.
