The role supports wellbeing, health, injury management and legislation compliance. Working alongside the greater Health & Safety team and Operations Leaders to provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing across our workforce. Key Responsibilities: Return to Work & Injury Management - supporting RTW plans, claims and stakeholder management and providing professional advice to support our strong focus on safety. Occupational health services – Delivering health support to employees, providing data and statistical analysis to help drive decisions on policy updates and development and delivery of wellbeing programs. Wellbeing and psychological safety – Promotion of employees benefit resources (including EAP, onsite counselling, free gym, physiotherapy, etc) alongside launching and supporting wellbeing activations. Compliance, Reporting and System management – Maintain accurate, timely and confidential records and databases. Support compliance for self-insurance and audit readiness. Strong knowledge of Return-to-Work (RTW) legislation, early intervention principles, and workplace health programs. Experience in occupational health, injury management, and rehabilitation coordination. Understanding of psychosocial hazards and mental health support pathways. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organisational levels. Skilled in Microsoft Office and occupational health software systems (e.g., Cority) preferred.
