Description About the role As a Qualified HomeCare Support Worker, you will be part of a caring and inclusive team supporting older adults to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing in their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to build connection, create trust, and make a genuine difference. You will primarily support clients in (but not limited to): Doncaster Broadmeadows Whittlesea Coburg Key responsibilities Provide personal care and mobility support with dignity and compassion Assist with daily living tasks and community activities that promote independence Support clients to achieve personal goals and remain socially connected Transport clients to appointments or social outings (kilometres reimbursed) Communicate effectively with the team to ensure positive client outcomes Skills And Experiences About you You will bring: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Community) or be a nursing student with an aged care placement completed Experience in aged care or community services A compassionate, reliable nature and a genuine passion for supporting others Current Driver’s Licence Registered, reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Current First Aid and CPR certification National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended Ready to make a real difference?
