Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, the role will support and drive effective volume recruitment, while implementing and leading the national recruitment strategy across selected dnata entities. The successful candidate will Proactively identify, secure and manage wage subsidy opportunities and partnerships with job providers, leveraging external programs to support workforce growth, diversity and cost-effective recruitment. What You Bring Understanding and personally complying with, safety and health philosophy, systems, and requirements. Manage and maximise access to government wage subsidies, including eligibility assessment, application, compliance and ongoing management Lead and manage the recruitment process to maximum engagement and efficiency Coordinate recruitment activities in support of national talent acquisition plan Experience in ATS portals and development of job advertisement Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct regular meetings with Project stakeholders. Manage all aspects of of compliance, including pre-employment medicals, training, inductions, site access Develop and manage good working relationships with key stakeholders and systems administrators, ensuring compliance through the process Prepare employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately Manage day-to-day administration of recruitment activities such as online database and internal mobilization systems Prepare and maintain reports relating to recruitments activities (Daily, Weekly, monthly as required) About You Strong recruitment experience working within blue collar environment or aviation will be highly regarded Proven experience managing/leading recruitment processes or equivalent Ability to work across multiple systems and software Strong organisational and time management skills Fast paced, dynamic work environment- ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets Well-developed effective communication skills both written and verbal Ability to handle high volumes of candidates Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Must be willing to travel to other states as when required If you are ready for your next challenge apply today!
