Your main duties will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and confidently managing customer concerns. Leading front of house employees and ensuring facilities are running at their best. Coaching and supporting employees to achieve strong performance outcomes, including on the job training for new and existing employees. Monitoring rostering needs on shift and approving daily timesheets. Monitoring operational compliance and ensuring the Club and employees are operating in accordance with all relevant legislation including but not limited to Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food Hygiene and WHS operating procedures. Monitoring and enforcing established Club standards, policies, and procedures. Investigating and reporting on customer and employee related incidents About You We’re looking for a confident and organised hospitality professional who brings a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service. To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Flexibility to work our operational hours including late nights, weekends and public holidays, across all Clubs. A commitment to providing customer service excellence. Strong leadership and people management skills. Strong operational experience and knowledge of catering operations. Clear and concise communication skills. A hands-on, solutions-focused approach to challenges. Strong understanding of financials including labour costs and budgeting. Knowledge of dietary preferences and food trends.
