Maintenance Fitter - Manufacturing Site Services Permanent position Immediate start available Day shift role; 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Dandenong South location The Company An iconic, global manufacturer in the FMCG industry. The position requirements include, but are not limited to: Fault finding and repairs of essential site services, including steam boilers, compressors, and HVAC, refrigeration & temperature control systems Coordinating & supervising specialist external service providers Assisting with preventative and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging machinery as required Supporting the installation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment and facility infrastructure Strictly adhering to all safety, quality, and compliance regulations To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: A Certificate III - mechanical trade qualification is essential Experience on Essential Site Services in an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential - dairy experience highly advantageous A team player mentality with a positive, self motivated and proactive attitude Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high attention to detail Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required On Offer Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Rate: $50 - $55 per hour overtime super (negotiable depending on experience) We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
