About the roles: There are currently multiple opportunities available in the customer service sector. Depending on the team, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to; Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and collaboration with internal teams Manage documentation and administration throughout the application process Build a rapport with all internal and external stakeholders Process new loan applications and address any insufficient information Perform various administrative duties and additional tasks as needed About you: No banking experience necessary!
