Key Responsibilities: Support and optimise Workday Financials and integrated finance systems from both a functional and technical perspective. Resolve system issues, manage configuration changes, support system releases, and monitor end-to-end integrations. Drive efficiency through process optimisation, automation, and adoption of new system features. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements. Create and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for end users. Lead testing cycles and deliver training across global teams. Provide systems support during month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, validations, intercompany, and FX activities. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and contribute to governance, audit, and compliance activities. Keep system documentation and user materials current and accurate. About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with finance systems in an accounting environment, including practical exposure to Workday Financials. Background in system configuration, reporting development, and providing support to a broad range of stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across regions and business functions. Capable of balancing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting. User-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset. Exceptional attention to detail, underpinned by knowledge of governance, risk, and control principles.
