About the Role: We are looking for a Commercial Operations Lead for a well established Tech company with expertise in pricing and packaging to own and evolve their commercial strategy. This role will partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure our pricing, packaging, and commercial agreements are scalable, competitive, and clearly communicated across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Pricing & Packaging Strategy Own and evolve the end-to-end pricing and packaging strategy across all products. Design and manage pricing models including: Location-based pricing. User-based pricing, Modular / add-on pricing. Develop commercial frameworks for large enterprise customers, ensuring flexibility while protecting revenue and margin. Commercial Execution Define how pricing and packaging are constructed and presented across customer segments. Partner with Sales on structuring complex enterprise deals and commercial agreements. Ensure pricing logic is clearly understood and consistently applied across the business. Website & Customer-Facing Experience Own how pricing and packaging are presented on the website. Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with our growth strategy. Work with Product Marketing and Design to optimise conversion and customer understanding. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product and Growth teams to align pricing decisions with product roadmap and GTM strategy. Partner with Finance on forecasting, margin analysis, and pricing governance. Act as the internal expert and point of accountability for all pricing and packaging decisions. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in pricing, packaging, or commercial operations, ideally in a SaaS or product-led environment. Strong understanding of enterprise pricing structures and complex deal construction. Experience working closely with Product and Growth teams. Comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces with limited handover or documentation. Analytical, commercially minded, and able to balance customer value with business outcomes.
