Your role, your impact As a People & Culture Business Partner , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving organisational success. You’ll partner with leaders and teams to provide strategic P&C advice, influence business plans, and foster a culture of care, inclusion, and growth. Your expertise will empower our people to deliver better outcomes for the communities we serve. Key responsibilities Manage a designated portfolio, delivering professional, business-focused P&C services Build strong relationships through credibility and open communication Partner with management to identify people implications of strategic plans Champion new ways of working and support change initiatives Analyse P&C trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies Provide exceptional customer service and timely, accurate P&C advice Contribute to workforce planning and talent strategies Collaborate with the P&C team to ensure best practice and continuous improvement Who we’re looking for Proven experience in People & Culture in a partnering or advisory role within large or complex organisations Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations, with the ability to navigate complex issues Excellent negotiation, influencing, and written communication skills Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach Emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to build trust at all levels Appreciation for the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges What will make you stand out Experience in the health or not-for-profit sectors Demonstrated success in driving organisational change and cultural initiatives What’s in it for you?
