This ensures the business meets its sponsorship responsibilities and complies with its approved arrangements and obligations under the Government sponsorship programs as well as the local community. Provide accurate and timely feedback to relevant stakeholders and implement appropriate solutions where issues are identified. Support the site People & Culture team and the Global Mobilisation team in meeting the company’s current and future responsibilities and compliance obligations relating to visa sponsorship. Support and coordinate accommodation needs and requirements, including but not limited to securing rental properties, managing fit-outs, repairs, replacements, and inspections, liaising with real estate agents and landlords. Coordinate, and where required facilitate, the work transport schedules. Provide professional, timely, and seamless 24/7 front-line welfare and wellbeing support to sponsored visa employees. Support and undertake transport needs including, but not limited to, airport arrivals and departures, and transport to medical appointments, as required and in line with the established program. Support and undertake the onboarding process for new arrivals. Support and facilitate demobilisation processes in accordance with program requirements. Provide ad hoc support to PALM and MILA teams as required including administration function and off-site support. ABOUT YOU Availability to work on weekends is required. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes. Unrestricted working rights within Australia. Ability to work effectively engage a culturally diverse workforce. Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Vaccinated against Q Fever, or willing to obtain vaccination. Experience/Qualifications Accreditation and competence in working with vulnerable people or be willing to obtain a Blue Card or similar. Open Driver License.
